Jen Berry

Jen is a mom of 4 boys, is passionate about helping people and ideas grow and is an LGBTQ+ advocate. She has been in Westport for 17 years and having moved ~15 times as a child, she is happy to call this home.

Jen spent most of her career at Bridgewater Associates, helping the founder lead areas that needed to be transformed and to grow and evolve the culture. After Bridgewater, Jen worked as the Chief Experience Officer for Thrive Global under Arianna Huffington and then was the President of Lifelines LLC, a company by Melissa and Doug Bernstein that creates both physical products for well-being and delivers content to corporations for employee well-being and mental health.

She is now helping entrepreneurs to grow both themselves and their businesses through coaching and creating programs, and is focusing on her kids and causes she cares about.

Jen loves spending time with her kids and her two golden retrievers, making art out of anything she can find and being out in nature.
