Jackson Crash
A Goth-Rock-Techno-Pop One-Person Musical

Jackson Crash depicts a young man’s journey from bullying and parental neglect to starting a family, becoming a truck driver, surviving addiction, and searching for his own honest identity -- all while being chased by an insidious demon. Jackson is determined to find a community who will embrace him and a place to call home...but will he before the Creeper-Man catches him?
Westport Pride Celebration
The highlight of the Pride Month festivities will be the Westport Pride Celebration, taking place on June 2, from 12-3 PM on Jesup Green.
Westport Pride Scholarship - Fairfield County High Schoolers
Westport Pride Fairfield County Scholarship Application
This scholarship welcomes all young LGBTQ+ individuals attending any high school in Fairfield County to apply. We want to uplift and promote success among young LGBTQ+ individuals as they leave high school and move to their next adventure. This scholarship is for anyone that has planned or been a part of activism centered activities or organizations aimed at bettering the experiences of the LGBTQ+ community, for any members of the LGBTQ+ community who feel their experience as a young queer person has shaped their perspective and an aspect of themselves, or LGBTQ+ individuals that produced an art piece that highlights history, struggle or triumphs in the LGBTQ+ community.
Due Date: May 1st
Total Prize Award: $1000
Note: Students from Staples may not apply to the Fairfield County Scholarship offered by Westport Pride if they apply to the Staples only Scholarship. Only one submission will be accepted.

OUTspoken: Stories of LGBTQ+ Pride
Resistance, representation, visibility and belonging — join us for OUTspoken, an evening of true stories, told live, on the theme of Pride. Hosted by comedienne, educator, and former Westporter Mina Hartong.
All for Drag and Drag for All
Westport Pride’s “All for Drag and Drag for All'' family friendly drag experience is returning to MoCA! This year, our theme is “Light Up the Night” so come in your brightest colors, sparkle, and all things neon! Doors open at 5:00 for cocktail hour and a pizza truck! The show officially begins at 6:00 and comes to a close at 8:00. The show includes performances and a Q&A discussion with 3 amazing performers and Desmond is Amazing as our MC. Drag is an important part of the LGBTQ+ community’s history and we are celebrating it in a bright, colorful, neon show for all.
Pride Month Book Talk with Jo Wenke
Westport Pride has partnered with the Westport Book Shop to present a special event on June 15th from 6:00-7:30 PM. Jo Wenke, a prominent writer, social critic, and LGBTQ+ rights activist, will share insights from "The Human Agenda: Conversations About Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity" and her other acclaimed works of fiction, non-fiction, and poetry.
Pride Eucharist
All are Welcome at Christ & Holy Trinity Episcopal Church to celebrate a Pride Eucharist. The service will take place at 5:00 PM in the Courtyard.
Pride Celebration 2023
Join us Sunday June 4th from 12-4 on Jesup Green for Westport Pride’s 3rd Annual Pride Celebration! There will be crafts, face painting, makeup, activities for the kids, food trucks, vendors, local performers, and variety of speakers from the Westport LGBTQ+ and ally community. LGBTQIA Stories
Join Westport Museum & Westport Pride in capturing the vibrant and diverse voices of our LGBTQIA community by sharing your personal experiences, triumphs, and challenges. Your unique perspective matters and contributes to a richer tapestry of history.
This project provides a platform for EVERYONE, ensuring that your story, in all its authenticity, will be cherished and remembered forever. The video oral histories will be stored in perpetuity in the Museum’s archive library, alongside their transcripts, serving as a powerful resource for research, education, and inspiration.
Together, let's create a legacy that embraces and uplifts the voices of our LGBTQIA community. This is an incredible opportunity to make a difference and make history!

Rainbow Crosswalk
Westport Pride, in collaboration with the Town of Westport and local volunteers, is thrilled to announce the installation of a vibrant rainbow crosswalk in downtown Westport, Connecticut. This groundbreaking initiative aims to promote inclusivity and celebrate the diverse community of Westport. The crosswalk installation will take place on June 1, 2023, transforming the heart of Westport into a symbol of unity and acceptance.
United Against Hate
Join us for UNITED AGAINST HATE at The Westport Library on March 28, 2023
Westport Pride in conjunction with the DOJ will be hosting a community program to discuss Hate Crime and Hate Incidents on March 28th at the Westport Library. The goal of the program is to raise community awareness as well as how these incidents are handled starting at the local, state and through to the federal level.
